Program Design:

As a Group: Each group member will offer the summary table from our literature (Lit) review paper and as a team, we will select the type of program we want to design this semester.  Each group member will also provide a brief (one paragraph) reflection so that it can be compiled into a group reflection post for the class.

Heather Allen: She will be one of the Co-Leaders for this assignment, so she will review each section for errors, formatting, etc., before posting to the blog. Her main focus will be part 3 (Program), which is to help create a program based on the group members’ literature reviews.

Bridgit Bucher: She will be focusing on part 1 (Introduction) and part 4 (Reflection) of the assignment. Based on our findings from the literature review she will discuss the background information, the audience, goals and objective, and more. Once all group members have posted their brief reflection, she will compile them together to make one reflection for the class.

Dee Chambers: Her main focus will be part 2 (Rationale), which will be to identify the foundations of the program, the structure, and the framework.

Will Kerch: His main focus will be part 5 (Table), and put all of the main ideas from the assignment into the table provided on the syllabus while also assisting with part 2 (Rationale), which will be to identify the foundations of the program, the structure, and the framework.

Allison Wynbissinger: She will be one of the Co-Leaders for this assignment, so she will review each section for errors, formatting, etc., before posting to the blog. Her main focus will be part 3 (Program), which is to help create a program based on the group members’ literature reviews.

Program Evaluation:

As a Group: As a team, we will identify the two professionals we want to review and evaluate our program design. We will also post a short reflection to blackboard so that the assigned group member who is in charge of the reflection can create one reflection piece for the entire group. Each of us will also post our responses to the evaluators for the assigned members to compile them into one response.

Heather Allen: Her main focus will be part 2 (Students’ Responses) and to compile everyone’s response on if we agree or disagree with the evaluations and explain why or why not.

Bridgit Bucher: She will be one of the Co-Leaders for this assignment, so she will review each section for errors, formatting, etc., before posting to the blog. Her main focus will be part 1 (Professionals’ Evaluation) which will be to contact one of the professionals who will be evaluating and to follow up with their response.

Final Demonstration:

As a Group: As a team we will identify the form of we want to create to present as our final demonstration. As we have in previous weeks, we will also post a short reflection to blackboard but this week it will be our thoughts and tips on how to survive this course for future students; this will allow the assigned group member who is in charge of the survival memo to create one reflection piece for the entire group.

Heather Allen: Her main focus will be to post to the EDAC 634 Facebook page the link of our project and help with the demonstration.

Bridgit Bucher: Her main focus will be Video 1 (Your Final Project). She will gather all of the information and processes from the semester and put them all into one piece to share with the class. She will also help with the demonstration.

Dee Chambers: She will be the Leader for this assignment, so she will review each section for error, formatting, etc., before posting to the blog. Her main focus will be part 2 (Demonstration) which will be to create a multi-media format to show the class how to design a program.

Will Kerch: His main focus will be part 2 (Demonstration) which will be to create a multi-media format to show the class how to design a program.

Allison Wynbissinger: Her main focus will be Video 2 (Your Survival Memo and suggestions for future students). She will gather a feedback from each team member on their tips for how to survive this course and create Video #2.  She will also help with the demonstration.
